Rectory Renovation Wine Auction Fundraiser

Thursday, June 6^th

6 – 8 p.m in Guild Room

Join us for an evening of cheer, featuring a wine auction offering all sorts of wines – collectibles as well as wines you can enjoy every day.  All wines donated by our own parishioners.

Refreshments, including wine (of course), non-alcoholic drinks and light, wine friendly fare will be served.

Tickets to this FUN event will be $20.00  Please sign up in the cloister!

HOW CAN YOU HELP??

Please join the committee!  We need planners, wine bottle collectors, set up and break down help – and lots of good energy and laughter.

PLEASE DONATE WINE!  Donate wine from your personal collection or purchase wine to donate.  Donate an old favorite, something new you’d like to try, or something you enjoy on a balmy Chicago evening!  Simply complete a wine donor form so we have some basic information.  Wine will be collected in the Harding Room on the following Sundays: May 5, May 12, May 19, and June 2.  You can also bring wine to the parish office or contact Beth/Kelly if you would like to have wine picked up at your home.

If you don’t have time to purchase wine, please consider a cash donation…and our committee can purchase the wine on your behalf!  Please indicate “wine auction” in the memo of your check.
