The Women of St. Chrysostom's was formed to stimulate growth in Christian faith, to extend Christian outreach and to provide camaraderie among members through programs centered on the riches of the spirit and the world around us. They hold regular charity events and meetings and welcomes women of all ages to join.

October 3, 2012 (Wednesday) SPECIAL EVENT: Architectural Walking Tour with Sally Kalmbach "From Grand Mansions to Luxury Apartment Buildings: The story of the changing skyline of Lake Shore Drive" Surprise house visit included in tour! Tour: 10 am-12 noon. Lunch in the Guild Room at the church. Chairs: Lisa Valiani, Pam Marks. Cost: $75 (tour and lunch) or $35 (lunch only).

November 14, 2012 (Wednesday) Stocking Stuffer Part I. St. Chrysostom's Church, 11:45 a.m. No charge. We join the monthly Day School chapel service when the students, their parents and WOSC bring items for Christmas stockings. Lunch in the gymnasium follows the brief chapel service. January 25 & 26, 2013 (Friday & Saturday) Women's Retreat. Friday 5 p.m. - Saturday 12 noon. Cenacle Retreat Center, 513 W. Fullerton Parkway (Clark & Fullerton). "Breathe on me, Breath of God." Our lives can be hectic and frenetic. You are invited to spend an evening and morning with us - a time set apart to take a deep breath. No preparation required. Come as you are. Come to catch your breath. Leader: The Reverend Terri Heyduk, Interim Rector. Cost: $100 includes meals and overnight accommodations.
