Each year the Adult Christian Formation Committee presents a Lenten Series that begins on the Wednesday evening following Ash Wednesday and continues through the Wednesday evening before Palm Sunday. The evenings begin with a said service of Holy Eucharist in the Church, followed by a simple Lenten supper in the gym, and a presentation by our guest speaker. Past Lenten Series included The Flame of Faith (2004), Blessed are the Peacemakers: Waging Peace and Reconciliation (2003), Talking with God: The Deliberate Act of Prayer (2002), Gifts of the Spirit (2001) and The Year of Jubilee: Reconciliation and Forgiveness (2000). 2008 Lenten Wednesday Evening Series
